2. Products

All Fulixxa products are designed and created with utmost care plus all are trial and tested. Product shades, textures and results may slightly vary due to lighting, skin tone, or screen display differences. We recommend reading all descriptions carefully before ordering.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment terms.

  • Fulixxa reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within the mentioned time frame. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics or courier issues. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

5. Return & Refund Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, Fulixxa does not accept returns or offer refunds on cosmetics.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please share an unboxing video (clearly showing the sealed package being opened with Label) within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.

6. Use of Products

All Fulixxa products are for external use only. We recommend a patch test before use. Discontinue immediately if irritation occurs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, and product designs, are the property of Fulixxa. Reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited. 

8. Limitation of Liability

Fulixxa shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

9. Changes to Terms

Fulixxa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
