3. Shipping Charges

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your Fulixxa package all the way home. 📦

5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order. Fulixxa is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at our support email or WhatsApp. We’ll sort it out for you right away. 💌
