However, if you receive a Damaged or wrong item, we’ve got you covered!
To help us resolve it quickly:
- Please record an unboxing video while opening your package (the video must clearly show the sealed parcel being opened with Label).
- Share the video with us within 24 hours of delivery via our customer support.
After verification, we’ll be happy to replace the product or issue a refund for the damaged item.
