However, if you receive a Damaged or wrong item, we’ve got you covered!
To help us resolve it quickly:

  1. Please record an unboxing video while opening your package (the video must clearly show the sealed parcel being opened with Label).
  2. Share the video with us within 24 hours of delivery via our customer support.

After verification, we’ll be happy to replace the product or issue a refund for the damaged item.
